I like their accident forgiveness program and am still waiting for that good-driver rebate thing. They’re prices don’t seem like they’re the best, but my agents easy to deal with. Will try to lower my rates once that monitoring service is available since I’m a careful driver. Never had a claim so can’t rate them on that

I have had the same agent for 25 years and that is truly why I stay. There was a brief time when we had 21 Century and loved their service but they are expensive for 16 year olds. Allstate’s rates are just ok. I think they are just an average insurance company. Again, at this point it is the agent and his great service that keeps us there.

Although Allstate has good customer service and claims service, as soon as I got one ticket, my rates skyrocketed from $119 to close to $200. Ouch! I guess they’re good if you dont have tickets.
